Where Does the Feedback Go?
Customers can leave feedback in two ways: a public Google review or private feedback directly to your shop. Public reviews appear on Google, while private feedback is sent to your shop's email.

Whether itโ€™s a negative Google review or private feedback, the best approach is to address the customer's concerns promptly.
